What this covers

This policy covers cookies and similar browser storage used by HireEGG websites and applications. A cookie is a small value a site asks a browser to store; local and session storage are browser-managed alternatives used by some application features.

Strictly necessary storage

• Authentication and session values that keep an account signed in and protect requests.
• Security and abuse-prevention values used to maintain service integrity.
• Short-lived workflow values needed for redirects, checkout, consent state, or completing a requested action.
• Preference values, such as interface choices, when remembering them is necessary to provide the requested experience.

Payments and external services

When you start a payment or use an embedded third-party feature, that provider may set its own cookies or collect browser and transaction data under its policy. HireEGG should load those services only when needed for the action you request.

Advertising and analytics

HireEGG does not currently use cookies for third-party behavioural advertising. If non-essential analytics or advertising cookies are introduced, this page and the consent controls must be updated before those cookies are enabled where consent is required.

Your controls

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent sign-in, payments, preferences, or other product functions from working. Signing out and clearing site data can remove many local session values.
